There are so many delicious things to make with fresh picked Asian Greens, we've put together a few ideas for you;

Our favourite is this recipe below;
Stir-Fried Asian Greens
- Total Time: 10 minutes
- Servings: Makes 2-4 serves
Ingredients
- Olive Oil - 1 tbsp
- Garlic Cloves - 2, finely chopped
- Ginger - 1-2 tbsp, minced
- Asian Greens, 6 cups
- Oyster Sauce - 1 1/2 tbsp (can substitute with soy sauce for vegetarian option)
- Vegetable Stock - 1/2 cup
- Corn Starch - 1 tbsp, dissolved in water
- Sesame Seeds (optional garnish)
Method
- Over high heat, add oil to a pan
- Saute garlic and ginger for about a minute, until fragrant
- Add greens and toss to coat evenly with oil, garlic and ginger
- Stir in the oyster sauce (or soy sauce) and vegetable stock, and cook for 2-3 minutes
- Stir in the corn starch mixture to thicken the sauce
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately over steamed rice as a main or side dish.
